How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout (you can register or check out as guest), and complete payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Common options include: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within X hours of placement. After that, they’re processed.

Shipping & returns

How long will it take to ship?

We ship within A–B business days; delivery takes C–D days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping costs are added at checkout; delivery time may vary.

How do I track my order?

After shipping, a tracking number will be emailed. Carrier updates usually appear in 1–2 days.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns are accepted within X days if items are unused and in original packaging. A Y% restocking fee applies. Some items (e.g., custom) are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at email form, include order details and reason.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Send us photos and your order number within 3 days for assistance.

Product Support & Warranty

The product is missing parts or not working—what now?

Check the instructions and email our support with product code, QC number, and proof of purchase. We’ll help troubleshoot or send a replacement.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes – check our Spare Parts page or contact us.

General & Miscellaneous

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately no. You’d need to cancel and re-order.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, to prevent loss/theft and protect you.
